Why add Meet the Team?
It puts a face to a name – seeing staff members on your profile immediately makes it much more personal and knowing a bit more about the person you are about to contact puts perspective clients at ease.
Display your team’s credentials - Adding Meet the Team is a great way to show off your team. Each person can have a bio where they can explain their experience, qualifications and passion for care. This is extremely comforting for potential clients and shows their family and friends that they will be in good hands if they choose you as their care provider.
Show how much you care for your team members – A good Meet the Team Profile can show how much you value each member of the team and their role within your organisation. This is key not only to potential clients but to potential employees, and helps to promote a family atmosphere work in.
For a good profile, consider including some or all of the following in the Description:
How many years of experience they have in care
Their qualifications
Other positions they’ve held in the sector
Their proudest achievements in their current role
Their ethos and particular interests in care
An example of a team member bio could be:
I began my care career after my second child started school. I was itching to get back to work and wanted a job that would enable me to make a real difference every day. After gaining some experience, I decided to specialise in care and support work for younger adults with disabilities. I love the job, even when it’s challenging. The flexible hours allow me to fit work around my family commitments and even complete my NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
When you’ve added your team members’ profiles you can change the order the appear on your profile by dragging them to different positions.
