Listing the care you offer lets care seekers understand if you can provide a particular type of specialist care they’re looking for. Care Offered contributes 20% towards Profile Completeness.

How to add Care Offered

To add Care Offered to your homecare.co.uk profile go to your Control Panel and click on Care Offered on the right hand side.

Alternatively you can access Care Offered via the left hand menu navigate to:

1. Profile
2. Content Included In Profile Completeness
3. Care Offered

If you are logged in as a group, scroll to the appropriate agency and click "Enter"

There are two elements to Care Offered – Specialist Care Categories and Other Care Provided). Please answer "yes" or "no" to every option under these sections.

 What’s Important

Adding information to the Care Offered Section of your Control Panel means you will appear in online searches when care seekers are searching on specific types of care.

Remember to click Update at the bottom of the page when you have finished.
