Listing the care you offer lets care seekers understand if you can provide a particular type of specialist care they’re looking for. Care Offered contributes 20% towards Profile Completeness.

How to add Care Offered

To add Care Offered to your homecare.co.uk profile go to your Control Panel and click on Care Offered on the right hand side.

Alternatively you can access Care Offered via the left hand menu navigate to:

1. Profile
2. Content Included In Profile Completeness
3. Care Offered

If you are logged in as a group, scroll to the appropriate agency and click "Enter"

What to do

1. Across the seven collections listed, answer Yes or No to every option.
2. New collections include:

3. After updating, click Update to save your changes.

Why this matters

• Profile Completeness - All fields must now be answered (Yes or No) to complete the section and gain your 20% Profile Completeness.
• Search Accuracy - The more precisely you describe your services, the more likely they match care seeker queries which will resulting in better quality enquiries.
